Return Policy for Art of Health

Introduction

Art of Health strives to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. We invite you to review our refund policy should you wish to consider returns.

Return Window

Items you wish to return should be received at our address within 30 days following the delivery of the product.

  • A full refund of the purchase price will be paid into the account provided within 48 hours of receipt if the product is complete, unused and still in its original packaging.
  • A handling and administration deduction of 10% of the purchase value will apply if the product has been used and,
  • any damages to the product will be repaired and the cost for the repair shall be deducted from the amount refunded.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized products made to your specifications.
  • Personal items that are unsuitable for sharing.
  • Partly used consumables.

Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the transport costs for returning the item(s). The original delivery costs are non-refundable.

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@artofhealth.co.za with proof of purchase to initiate the process.
  2. Your return will be reviewed and accepted, and we will provide you with the relevant delivery information and assistance if required.
  3. Upon receipt we will inspect your return and provide written confirmation of receipt and finding.
  4. Your banking details will be required to make the electronic fund transfer of the owed amount.
